The KYC process is required to ensure safety and satisfaction. You can complete this process by uploading the picture of your ID when you fill out the registration form.
Como reservar uma sessão ou aventura?
For a personalized experience, all participants—members and non-members—must fill out the form. Members with access to our booking app can still purchase and reserve spots directly through the app. Non-members can book via our website or WhatsApp. Please let us know if you encounter any issues with these methods or need further assistance.
O que está incluído nos pacotes com tudo incluído?
Our all-inclusive packages cover transportation, snacks, lunch, some hydration, entry fees and activities. We handle all the details so you can focus on enjoying the adventure. If you choose a package without transportation, you’ll receive all necessary information to join the activities, feel free to bring your own as well. This can vary depending on each event.

Qual é o nível mínimo de condicionamento físico necessário para as sessões?
Our adventures are designed to be accessible to all fitness levels. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, we ensure that the activities are tailored and customized to meet your needs and provide the right level of challenge. In the event where a higher level of fitness or experience is required for the trip, we will let you know.

Age restrictions vary by adventure. Teens 15-17 can join with a signed authorization form, while those 12-14 must be accompanied by an adult. Once the registration form is completed, we will send you an additional form to fill out.

Yes, you can bring friends or family members. Be sure to include each of them in your booking to ensure there’s adequate space and accommodations for everyone.

What's The Reservation Cancellation Policy
The reservation is subject to a cancellation fee. Penalties are as follows:
- 30% if canceled 15 days or more before the event.
- 50% if canceled less than 15 days before the event.
- You may transfer the balance of your reservation to a new date.
- A no-show on the day of the event incurs a 100% penalty.
What are Stone's policies?
1. Code of Conduct:
- All participants must adhere to our behavioral standards, maintaining a respectful and safe environment. Harassment or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
- Punctuality is crucial. Please arrive on time to ensure a smooth start and maximize your experience.
2. Cancellation Policy:
- General Policy: Cancellations are not permitted. If you need to cancel due to a significant emergency within 24 to 48 hours after purchase, you may transfer your booking to a new date, subject to a 30% fee.
- Same-Day Cancellation: If you cancel on the day of the event or within 48 hours before the start, you may transfer your booking to a new date. However, a 50% penalty will apply.
3. Weather Policy:
- Events will proceed regardless of weather conditions, except in cases of severe weather such as storms or heavy rain that pose safety risks. In such cases, the event may be canceled, and participants will be notified as soon as possible. No refunds will be issued, but you will have the option to reschedule.
4. Liability and Waivers:
- All participants must sign a liability waiver before participating in any event. This waiver confirms that you are physically capable of participating in the planned activities and do not have medical conditions that would prevent participation.
- We will specify the difficulty level for each event. If you have any medical conditions or concerns, obtaining a doctor's approval may be required.
5. Risk and Responsibility:
- Participation is at your own risk. We strive to create a safe and enjoyable environment, but we are not responsible for any injuries or issues that may arise during the event.
- Please follow all instructions provided during the event and inform us of any health issues before participating.
6. Modifications:
- Stone reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions as necessary. Participants will be informed of any significant changes.
